Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  
• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all packaging, exactly as received.
  
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe following inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements.
